Brian Walsh
Chairman & CEO
Brian Walsh joined Cagent Vascular in 2018 as Chairman of the Board. In 2024, he was appointed to the role of Chief Executive Officer.
Mr. Walsh served as Head of Carl Zeiss Meditech Cataract Technology from 2018 until 2024. Previously, he was President and CEO of IanTECH Medial, Inc. (acquired by Carl Zeiss Meditech AG) and Transcend Medical, Inc which was acquired by Alcon, formerly a division of Novartis Co (NYSE: NVS).
He brings over 25 years of medical device and health care industry experience in Marketing, Sales, and Executive Leadership with companies such XTENT Inc., Ventrica Inc., Heartport Inc., Guidant Inc., as well as Devices for Vascular Intervention (DVI), Inc.

Peter Schneider, MD
Chief Medical Advisor, Co-Founder
Peter Schneider, MD is a board-certified, practicing vascular surgeon and co-founder of Cagent Vascular. He serves as Cagent’s Chief Medical Advisor applying his surgical experience to the creation of innovative endovascular technologies.
Along with Carol Burns and Robert Giasolli, Dr. Schneider was also a co-founder of Intact Vascular. Dr. Schneider is a prolific clinical researcher and serves as a scientific advisor to numerous companies including Abbott, Boston Scientific and Medtronic. He currently holds a Professor of Vascular and Endovascular Surgery position at University of California San Francisco.
Dr. Schneider received an MD from The Johns Hopkins University, completed Residency and clinical Fellowship at University of California San Francisco and research Fellowship at Scripps Clinic and Research Foundation.

Robert Giasolli
VP Clinical Engineering & Chief Technology Officer, Co-Founder
Robert Giasolli is a Co-Founder of Cagent Vascular where he serves as the Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Clinical Engineering. He is the leading inventor of the Serranator® PTA Serration Balloon Catheter and the lead developer of Cagent’s IP portfolio.
Mr. Giasolli previously was also a co-founder of Intact Vascular where he was the lead inventor and IP author of the Tack Endovascular System® (acquired by Philips). Over his years of leading innovation, Mr. Giasolli has received over 100 issued patents and has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications.
Mr. Giasolli received a B.S. in Applied Physics from the University of Texas, and an M.S. in Manufacturing Systems from Louisiana Tech University.

Aaron Green
Chief Financial Officer
Aaron Green joined the Cagent Vascular team in 2017 as the finance and strategy leader. Since then, he has taken on progressive leadership roles, most recently being appointed as Chief Financial Officer in 2024. In addition to his duties as CFO, Mr. Green oversees Human Resources and Sales Operations.
As a seasoned medical device executive, Mr. Green most recently was a commercial leader for Medtronic’s Orthopedic and Cardiovascular Services business lines. He also served other large, medical device companies in similar marketing, sales and business development roles.
Mr. Green earned an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a BA in Economics and Near Eastern Studies from Cornell University.

Peter Johansson
Chief Quality & Compliance Officer, VP Engineering
Peter Johansson joined Cagent in 2016 as the Chief Quality and Compliance Officer as well as Vice President of Engineering. He serves as the company’s executive representative for all regulatory bodies.
Mr. Johansson has extensive history managing engineering, quality and regulatory teams for medical devices and most recently was the Chief Operating Officer for ProMed Corporation.
He has led multiple teams through early-stage design, development, regulatory approval through early-stage commercialization. As a result of his leadership, he has been a part of seven acquisitions. He is an inventor on more than 60 medical device patents.
Mr. Johansson received a BSME from University of California, San Diego and MBA from Saint Mary’s College of California.

Paul Wilson
Chief Commercial Officer
Paul Wilson joined Cagent in 2025 as the Chief Commercial Officer, overseeing sales, marketing, and business development strategies to accelerate growth and strengthen market positioning.
Mr. Wilson brings many years of experience in the medical device industry, having held senior commercial leadership positions at Teleflex (NYSE: TFX) and Abbott (NYSE: ABT). Throughout his career, he has successfully led initiatives to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and establish strategic partnerships. His leadership has been instrumental in scaling commercial operations and launching innovative medical technologies in global markets.
Mr. Wilson earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Matt Condron
SVP of Operations
Matt Condron joined Cagent in early 2024 as the Vice President of Operations managing operations and supply chain activities within Cagent Vascular.
He has over 20 years of Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations experience in medical device and high-tech industries. He has experience building teams to successfully scale operations and supply chains from early-stage startup through full commercial production. He has previously held operations leadership roles within companies such as Imperative Care, Farapulse, Boston Scientific, Claret Medical, and TriVascular (acquired by Endologix).
Mr. Condron received a BSME from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.

Corey Latanision
SVP of Marketing & International Sales
Corey Latanision joined Cagent in 2022 and serves as the Senior Vice President of Marketing & International Sales, with responsibility for OUS Sales, Upstream & Downstream Marketing, Commercial Operations, and Clinical Programs.
Corey brings over 15 years of Sales and Product Management experience in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining Cagent, Corey was Vice President of Sales Operations at Shields Health Solutions (acquired by Walgreens Boots Alliance - NASDAQ: WBA) and held senior sales management and product management roles at GE HealthCare (NASDAQ: GEHC).
Mr. Latanision received a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University.
